CUTOFF DATE EXTENDED FOR THE CLOSING OF THE ACQUISITION OF TESI ELETTRONICA E SISTEMI INFORMATIVI S.P.A. AMENDMENT

Trento, 16 September 2022

With reference to the press release entitled " Cutoff Date Extended for The Closing of The Acquisition of Tesi Elettronica e Sistemi Informativi S.P.A.", Gpi (GPI:IM) clarifies that the percentage of the share capital of TESI ELETTRONICA E SISTEMI INFORMATIVI S.p.A. that will be purchased is equal to 65% instead of 75% as indicated in the previous press release issued earlier today.
