Solteq has concluded a significant software deal with SOK consisting of Hospitality solution

SOLTEQ PLC STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT ON JUNE 18, 2014 AT 6 PM Solteq Plc and Suomen Osuuskauppojen Keskuskunta have signed today a frame agreement, which enables Solteq to deliver services to S Group. At the same time under this frame agreement Solteq and SOK have agreed on the delivery of Hospitality solution to SOK Travel and Hospitality business. The Hospitality solution consists of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and LS Nav Hospitality solutions. In addition to the delivery project agreement includes also life cycle and help desk services for the solutions. Solteq estimates that the value of the Project is about seven million EUR spread over 2014-2017. The deal has no impact on Solteq's key figure forecast for the current year. - The delivery project is significant for Solteq, and the agreement strengthens, in line with our strategy, our position as a specialist software house serving the retail and service sectors, states Solteq's Business Unit Director Petri Lindholm.
