AB Klaipėdos Nafta received a notification about extension of oil products transshipment contract with Litasco S.A.

AB Klaipėdos Nafta (the “Company”) under the procedures provided for in the agreement with its client, Litasco S.A., has received a notification that Litasco S.A, a company of Lukoil companies group, is exercising its right, to extend the services contract with the Company regarding transshipment of dark oil products concluded on 30 August 2012 for another year. The extended services contract regarding transshipment of dark oil products will be effective till the second half of 2015. Under the above-mentioned contract Litasco should provide the Company for transshipment up to 2.7 million tons of dark oil products per year.
