Communication regarding the total amount of the voting rights

De' Longhi S.p.A. announces that on 28th September 2022 there has been a change in the voting rights of the Company due to the request for deletion from the increased voting rights list relating to no. 10,000,000 ordinary shares with increased voting rights of De' Longhi S.p.A., pursuant to art. 127-quinquies of Legislative Decree 98/1998 ("TUF") and in application of the provisions of Article 5-bis of the Articles of Association.
