Klaipedos Nafta - Notification on material event

SC Klaipedos Nafta transhipment results in July 2014

The preliminary sales revenues of SC Klaipedos nafta (hereinafter - “The Company”) for July 2014 comprise LTL 9.3 million (EUR 2.7 million); that is better by 4.5 percent compared to July 2013 (i.e. LTL 8.9 million or EUR 2.6 million). In July 2014 the Company reloaded 529 thousand tons of oil products into its storage tanks while in July 2013 - 479 thousand tons, i.e. greater by 10.4 percent. The preliminary sales revenues of the Company for the seven months of 2014 comprise LTL 67.0 million (EUR 19.4 million) - 17.3 percent lower compared to the same period of 2013 (LTL 81.0 or EUR 23.5 million). The Company reloaded 3,028 thousand tons of oil products into its storage tanks in the first seven months of 2014, while in the same period of 2013 - 4,045 thousand tons. The transhipment in seven months of 2014, compared to the same period of 2013, is lower by 25.1 percent. The reduced transshipment was influenced mainly by the fact that the major client of the Company AB Orlen Lietuva delivered less products in the Company's terminal as a result of the reduced manufacturing volume of oil products in connection with the dropped oil product margins.
