Suominen considers to issue a bond as part of its refinancing plans

Helsinki, Finland, 2014-09-04 12:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Suominen Corporation Stock Exchange Release 4 September 2014 at 1.00pm (EEST) SUOMINEN CONSIDERS TO ISSUE A BOND AS PART OF ITS REFINANCING PLANS As part of its plans to diversify and extend its existing financing, Suominen, a global supplier of nonwovens, is considering an issuance of a senior unsecured fixed rate bond. The potential issue is estimated to be launched in near future, however subject to the market environment. Subject both to the company's final decision to issue the bond and to the completion of the potential issue in accordance with the company's anticipations, Suominen intends to apply for the listing of the bond on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki. Nordea Markets and Pohjola Markets would act as Arrangers and Lead Managers for the transaction.
