Klaipedos Nafta - Notification on material event

Regarding the Position of the General Manager of Klaipedos nafta, AB

We hereby inform that on 22th of September, 2014, the President of the Republic of Lithuania had signed the decree on the appointment of Rokas Masiulis the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania; and therefore, on 24th of September, 2014, the Board of Klaipedos nafta, AB, as well, adopted the following decisions: - to recall Rokas Masiulis form the position of the General Manager of Klaipedos nafta, AB, as from 24th of September, 2014; - to elect Mantas Bartuška the General Manager of Klaipedos nafta, AB, starting into office, as from 25th of September, 2014. The newly elected General Manager of Klaipedos nafta, AB, Mantas Bartuška, prior to this election, had been acting as the Director of Finance and Administration Department of Klaipedos nafta, AB.
