Basware Corporation, stock exchange release, October 9, 2014 at 15:00 Basware signs accounts payable automation and e-invoicing agreement with information services company in North America Basware has signed an agreement for the delivery of accounts payable automation and e-invoicing services with an information services company in North America. The services are powered by Alusta, Basware's unified cloud-based platform for purchase-to-pay. The agreement includes invoice automation and 100% inbound e- invoicing with supplier activation services. Basware is also providing Basware Analytics for gaining immediate insight into their financial performance and a mobile solution for processing e-invoices. The value of the agreement is EUR 300,000 over three years."The customer aims to standardize and automate their accounts payable process and eliminate all paper handling during the process. These services enable the customer to achieve their objectives, cut costs and complexity and quickly switch to 100% paperless invoicing. They will achieve spending transparency and harness the power of easy visualization technologies to make better financial decisions.
