UNIDATA: PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES CONCLUSION OF THE SHARE BUYBACK PROGRAM

Rome, November 11, 2022 - Unidata S.p.A. (EGM: UD), Unidata S.p.A., an operator of Telecommunications, Cloud and IoT services, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market of Borsa Italiana, under the share buyback program communicated to the market on May 14, 2021 and initiated on September 6, 2021 up to a maximum of 489,870 ordinary shares, equal to one-fifth of the total number of ordinary shares - in compliance with Articles 2357 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code, Article 5 of the MAR Regulations, Article 132 of the TUF, and Article 144-bis of the Issuers' Regulations - announces that it purchased on the Euronext Growth Milan Market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A, in the period between October 04, 2022 and November 11, 2022 inclusive, a total of 3,540 treasury shares (corresponding to approximately 0.14% of the total number of ordinary shares), at an average price of € 48.96 and for a total securities equivalent of € 173,036.75.

Based on the information provided by Banca Akros authorized intermediary in charge of the purchases covered by this press release, the following is a summary of the transactions, on a daily basis, in aggregate form:

As a result of the aforementioned transactions and the previous press releases, the Company announces that on November 11, 2022, the share buyback program initiated on September 6, 2021 and implemented in accordance with the authorization of the Shareholders' Meeting of May 14, 2021 was concluded.

As part of the aforementioned program, Unidata S.p.A. carried out transactions on the Euronext Growth Milan market in the period between September 6, 2021 and November 11, 2022 inclusive, for a total of 27,432 ordinary shares of Unidata S.p.A., equal to 1.11% of the share capital, for a total value of approximately € 1,305,155.19.
