F-Secure drives for efficiencies, increases investments in cloud-based security and starts employee co-operation negotiations

F-Secure Corporation, Stock exchange release, November 3, 2014 at 09.00 (EEST) F-SECURE DRIVES FOR EFFICIENCIES, INCREASES INVESTMENTS IN CLOUD-BASED SECURITY AND STARTS EMPLOYEE CO-OPERATION NEGOTIATIONS The Company drives for efficiencies while increasing investments in developing and bringing new cloud-based security products to the market. The planned actions concern operator-channel development support and content cloud business. F-Secure has today initiated employee co-operation negotiations with the employee representatives in Finland. The management estimates that negotiations may result in a reductions of at most 40 employees in Finland. The scope of the employee co-operation negotiations covers Operator Channel Development team and employees within Content Cloud Business Line in Finland excluding the Hosting team. The negotiations are expected to be finalized by mid- December.
