Niclas Rosenlew appointed as CFO of Basware

Basware Corporation, stock exchange release, November 5, 2014, at 11:00 Niclas Rosenlew appointed as CFO of Basware Niclas Rosenlew has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Team at Basware, the leading provider of e-invoicing and purchase-to- pay solutions. Rosenlew will join Basware on December 8, 2014, and he will report to Esa Tihilä, CEO, Basware Corporation. Prior to Basware, Niclas Rosenlew was CFO, Smart Devices Business Unit at Microsoft. Rosenlew has close to 20 years of international experience from finance, strategy and investment banking and finance leadership experience in multinational companies."Besides having international, extensive leadership experience from various multinational companies and working in several executive roles within finance and strategy, Niclas Rosenlew will bring investment and M&A expertise to the Executive Team.
