UNIDATA: RESULTS OF THE THIRD AND FINAL EXERCISE PERIOD FOR UNIDATA WARRANTS 2020-2022 & CHANGE IN SHARE CAPITAL
Rome, November 11, 2022 - Unidata S.p.A. (EGM: UD), operator of Telecommunications, Cloud and IoT services, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market of Borsa Italiana, announces that on November 17, 2022, the Third and last Exercise Period of the "UNIDATA WARRANTS 2020-2022" - ISIN Code: IT0005402968 - falling between November 2 and November 17, 2022 inclusive, ended.
During the Third Exercise Period, n. 294,172 Warrants were exercised and consequently subscribed, at a price of € 16.9 per share (at a ratio of 1 Conversion Share for every 4 Warrants held), n. 73,543 newly issued Unidata S.p.A. shares, with no indication of nominal value, for a total value of € 1,242,876.70.
The Conversion Shares subscribed by Warrant holders during the Exercise Period will be made available for trading, through Monte Titoli S.p.A., on the settlement day following the end of the last day of the relevant Exercise Period and they will have dividend rights equal to those of the Ordinary Shares traded on the Euronext Growth Milan market on the date of issue of the Conversion Shares themselves.
Hereafter, the new composition of the Share Capital (fully subscribed and deposited) consisting of 2,538,185 shares with no indication of nominal value.
