Helsinki, Finland, 2014-11-07 14:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SSH COMMUNICATIONS SECURITY CORPORATION COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT NOVEMBER 7TH, 2014 AT 3.00PM SSH COMMUNICATIONS SECURITY SIGNS A LICENCE AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR UNIVERSAL SSH KEY MANAGER SSH Communications Security has signed a contract with a managed services provider to develop and enhance SSH Universal Key Manager and related services. Value of the contract is USD 5.0 million. The contract will include a license for the Universal SSH Key Manager as well as a significant amount of development customization and professional services which will support the future efforts of providing SSH Universal Key Manager as a part of an integrated offering. SSH expects to recognize the revenue between Q4 2014 and Q3 2015. Majority of the contract is attributable to services. The deal is investment oriented by nature.
