Conclusa l'operazione fra A2A e Margherita per la riorganizzazione del gruppo Daunia Wind

Milano, 23 novembre 2022 - In conformità a quanto già comunicato lo scorso 14 ottobre, si è conclusa nella giornata di oggi l'operazione relativa alla riorganizzazione del gruppo facente capo a Daunia Wind S.r.l., società attiva nella gestione di parchi eolici in Italia.

Con la conclusione di questa operazione, il Gruppo A2A detiene ora in via esclusiva le società Daunia Calvello S.r.l. e Daunia Serracapriola S.r.l. (e i relativi impianti eolici), mentre Margherita detiene in via esclusiva Daunia Wind e le altre società dalla stessa controllate.

The transaction between A2A and Margherita for the reorganization of the Daunia Wind group has been completed

Milan, 23 November 2022 - In accordance with what has already been announced on October 14, the transaction concerning the reorganization of the group headed by Daunia Wind S.r.l., a company active in the management of wind farms in Italy, was completed today.

With the completion of this transaction, the A2A Group now exclusively owns Daunia Calvello S.r.l. and Daunia Serracapriola S.r.l. (and the related wind farms), while Margherita exclusively owns Daunia Wind and its other subsidiaries.
