SARAS S.p.A.: The judicial proceeding concerning alleged irregularities in the context of the purchase of crude oil from Iraq has been closed on the ground that the fact did not exist

Milan, 29th November 2022: Saras informs - in relation to the judicial proceeding relating to the crime pursuant to art. 648-ter criminal code referring to the purchase of crude oil from the Autonomous Region of Kurdistan in the period 2015-2016 - that the Public Prosecutor's Office of Cagliari, fully accepting the requests of the defence, following today's hearing, pronounced a non-suit judgment against the Company and of all the executives investigated because the fact does not exist.

Saras expresses its satisfaction with the outcome of the proceeding.
