REVO INSURANCE: TRANSACTIONS ON OWN SHARES
Milan, 05/12/2022.
It is reminded the resolution approved by the Shareholders' Meeting held on September 5 th 2022, which gave the Board a mandate to purchase and dispose of own shares, subject to the condition upon the effectiveness of the listing of REVO Insurance on the market segment of the Italian Stock Exchange named Euronext STAR Milan, condition which was fulfilled on November 21st 2022.
Therefore, REVO Insurance S.p.A. announces the trading on own shares during the period from November 28 th to December 2 nd 2022
