SARAS S.p.A.: Press Release

Milan, December 15th 2022: Saras S.p.A. informs, in relation to the Company press release dated July 29th 2022, that the Chief Financial Officer and Officer in charge of preparing Company's financial reports, Mr. Franco Balsamo, with a view to ensuring a smooth transition, will continue his employment relationship with the Company and will keep his duties in the Group until April 30th 2023 or, if later, until the date of approval of the 2022 Annual Report, and in any case no later than May 5 th 2023.

The name of the successor will be disclosed within the terms of the law.

On the basis of the communications received by the Company and publicly available, Franco Balsamo currently holds n. 284,814 shares.
