2023 CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR
In accordance with Article 2.6.2, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Regulations of the Markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., Elica S.p.A. hereby communicates the financial calendar for the year 2023.

| October 26, 2023 | BoD meeting to approve the 2023 Third Quarter additional financial disclosure |
Any changes to the calendar will be communicated in a timely manner.
In relation to the content of the additional financial disclosure, as specified by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. in notice No. 7578 of April 21, 2016, as re-stated in notice No. 11445 of June 1, 2017, Elica S.p.A. will refer to the pre-existing paragraph 5 of Article 154-ter of Legs. Decree No. 58 of February 24, 1998, under which the additional financial disclosure is required to provide a general balance sheet and operating overview of the issuer and its subsidiaries in the period, in addition to an outline of significant events and operations in the period and their impact on the balance sheet of the issuer and of its subsidiaries.
