TRAINERS' HOUSE GROUP CONCLUDES CODETERMINATION NEGOTIATIONS

Trainers' House has concluded the codetermination negotiations concerning the whole group initiated in December. As a result of the negotiations, a total of 11 employment contracts in Trainers' House Plc and Ignis Oy will be terminated.

The Company announced December 12th, 2014 that Trainers' House Plc has decided to apply for restructuring proceedings. In restructuring proceedings it would be possible to restructure the financial situation and business operations of the company so that the long-term development of the company would be possible. As a part of the planned restructuring program Trainers' House and its subsidiary Ignis Oy initiated co-determination negotiations with their personnel.
