Helsinki, Finland, 2015-01-15 08:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- STORA ENSO OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 15 January 2015 at 9.00 EET During the 1- 31 December 2014 conversion period there were two conversions and a total of 25 300 A shares were converted into R shares. The shares were recorded in the Finnish trade register today, 15 January 2015, and trading in the new R shares will start on 16 January 2015. Breakdown of shares after conversion: A shares 177 030 904 R shares 611 589 083 Total 788 619 987 Each A share and each ten R shares carry one vote.
