TRAINERS' HOUSE PLC - DECISIONS OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Trainers' House Plc was held on 20 January 2015 in Espoo. The Board of Directors had convened the Extraordinary General Meeting, in accordance with the requirements of the Limited Liability Companies Act, to decide on the continuation of the Company's application for the commencement of restructuring proceedings that was filed on 12 December 2014.

The Extraordinary General Meeting decided in accordance with the proposal of the Board of Directors that the application for restructuring proceedings will be continued.
