Regarding Resignation of the Member of the Audit Committee

We hereby announce that the Supervisory Board of Klaipėdos nafta AB, code 110648893, registered at Burių st. 19, Klaipėda (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) by the decision taken on 26th of January, 2015, approved the resignation of an independent member of the Audit Committee, as well as the Chairman of the Audit committee - Mr. Simonas Rimašauskas as from 31rd of January, 2015, due to the other business position held. Simonas Rimašauskas has been the member of the Company's Audit committee since such committee had been established in the Company in the year 2011.
