Corporate events calendar 2023

Pesaro, 9 January 2023 - In compliance with art. 2.6.2. of Borsa Italiana's Market Regulations, listed below is the calendar of corporate events for 2023:

14/03/23 Board of Directors' meeting to approve provisional financial results for 2022

26/04/23 Annual Shareholders' Meeting. (Second convocation same hour and place 27/04/23)

12 May 20 11/05/23 Board of Directors' Meeting to approve consolidated report for 1st quarter 2023 results

28/07/23 Board of Directors' Meeting to approve consolidated report for 1st half 2023 results

26/10/23 Board of Directors' Meeting to approve consolidated report for 3rd quarter of 2023 results

Any modification to the above/mentioned dates will be immediately communicated following the existing rules and procedures. Subsequent to the Board of Directors' meetings, Biesse will organize dedicated telephone conference calls with the domestic and international financial community.

Participation to events dedicated to the STAR segment Companies

Milan Euronext STAR Conference 21-23 March 2023 Paris or London Autumn Edition September/October (to be confirmed)

Biesse will plan further dedicated meetings with the financial community in addition to the above-mentioned events, both at its HQ and abroad through dedicated roadshows.
