Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie

Torino, 16 gennaio 2023 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 30 maggio 2022 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato in pari data, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dal 9 al 10 gennaio 2023, ha acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan (EXM) n. 8.230 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 3.917.500 azioni proprie, pari al 7,25% del capitale sociale.

Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, January 16th, 2023 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of May 30th, 2022, whose commencement was announced on May 30th, 2022, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period January 9 th and 10th , 2023, acquired on the EXM 8,230 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 3,917,500 treasury shares, equal to 7.25% of the share capital.
