Banca Sistema S.p.A. rende noto, ai sensi e per gli effetti dell'art. 2.6.2., comma 1, lett. b) del vigente Regolamento dei mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A., il calendario annuale degli eventi societari per l'esercizio 2023.

Banca Sistema, in quanto società quotata al segmento Euronext STAR Milan di Borsa Italiana S.p.A., ai sensi dell'articolo 2.2.3, comma 3, del Regolamento dei Mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana

• intende pubblicare i resoconti intermedi di gestione al 31 marzo e al 30 settembre entro 45 giorni dal termine del primo e del terzo trimestre dell'esercizio;
• si avvale della facoltà di non pubblicare il resoconto intermedio di gestione relativo al quarto trimestre 2022 in quanto pubblicherà la relazione finanziaria annuale, ai sensi dell'art. 154-ter, comma 1, del d.lgs. n. 58/1998 entro 90 giorni dalla chiusura dell'esercizio 2022.

Le relative relazioni finanziarie saranno rese disponibili ai sensi delle disposizioni regolamentari vigenti e consultabili sul sito internet della Società (www.bancasistema.it nella sezione Investors / Risultati e Presentazioni), nonché presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato ().

Pursuant to art. 2.6.2., paragraph 1, letter b) of the actual Regulations of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., Banca Sistema announces its annual corporate events calendar for the year 2023.

10 February 2023	Board of directors for the approval of FY 2022 results
	Conference call: FY 2022 results
10 March 2023	Board of directors for the approval of the draft financial statements as at 31 December 2022
28 April 2023	Annual Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the financial statements as at 31 December 2022
12 May 2023	Board of directors for the approval of Operating Report as at 31 March 2023
	Conference call: First Quarter 2022 results
28 July 2023	Board of directors for the approval of Half-yearly Report as at 30 June 2023
	Conference call: First Half 2023 results
10 November 2023	Board of directors for the approval of Operating Report as at 30 September 2023
	Conference call: Nine Months 2023 results

Banca Sistema, as a company listed on the Euronext STAR Milan segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, pursuant to Article 2.2.3, paragraph 3, of the Borsa Italiana Regulation

• intends to publish the interim financial reports as at 31 March and 30 September, within 45 days from the end of the first and third quarter of the financial year;
• will not publish the 2022 fourth-quarter Interim Report, as the Annual Report, pursuant to Article 154- ter paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, will be published within 90 days from 2022 year end.

The above financial reports will be made available pursuant to the current regulatory provisions and published on the Company's website (www.bancasistema.it Section Investors / Results and Presentation), as well as at the authorized storage mechanism ().
