Notice of Dividend Amount • Jan 20, 2023

COMUNICATO STAMPA

Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. ("TIP" – tip.mi) gruppo industriale indipendente e diversificato quotato al segmento Euronext STAR Milan comunica, in conformità a quanto prescritto dalle Istruzioni al Regolamento dei Mercati Organizzati e Gestiti da Borsa Italiana (Titolo IA.2, Sezione IA.2.1), che il mese previsto per il pagamento dell'eventuale dividendo a valere sui risultati dell'esercizio 2022 è maggio 2023.

TIP sottolinea che nessuna decisione è stata presa in merito all'eventuale distribuzione del dividendo, al suo pagamento né sulla politica dei dividendi della società e che la stessa è rimessa alla competenza esclusiva dell'assemblea dei soci che sarà convocata per l'approvazione del bilancio relativo all'esercizio chiuso il 31 dicembre 2022. La presente comunicazione è quindi resa esclusivamente per adempiere a quanto prescritto da Borsa Italiana S.p.A. e che la stessa non assume alcuna valenza previsionale in ordine alla sussistenza dei presupposti per la distribuzione di dividendo nel corso del presente anno né negli anni futuri.

Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. ("TIP" – tip.mi) independent and diversified industrial group listed on the Euronext STAR Milan, pursuant to the reporting obligations set forth in the Instructions to the Rules of the Markets Organised and Managed by Borsa Italiana (Title IA.2, Section IA.2.1), informs that May 2023 is the month in which the dividend, if any, related to 2022 results, is expected to be paid.

TIP underlines that no decision has been adopted so far on the potential distribution of a dividend or its payment nor on the company's dividend policy, being any decision on such matters within the exclusive competence of the shareholders' meeting that will be called to approve the financial statements as of December 31, 2022. This press release is issued for the exclusive purpose of complying with the relevant Borsa Italiana rules and it cannot be interpreted or considered in any way as a forecast on the occurrence of the requirements for the distribution of dividends in the course of this or the following years.
