GPI S.p.A. (GPI:IM), a company listed on the Euronext Milan market of the Italian Stock Exchange ("EXM"), leader in Information Systems and Services for Health and Social Care, announces its financial calendar of 2023, pursuant to art. 2.6.2 of the Regulations of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.:
Preliminary data examination as at 31 December 2022.
Approval of the draft of separated financial statements and of the consolidated financial statements by December 31, 2022.
Approval of the financial statements by 31 December 2022. Presentation of the consolidated financial statements.
Preliminary data examination as at 30 June 2023.
Approval of the interim financial report by 30 June 2023.
The market will be promptly notified of any amendment to the above calendar.
