Milan, January 27th, 2023 - In relation to the well-known investigations relating to the purchase of crude oil of Kurdish origin, Saras informs that the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Cagliari has notified the Company Executives involved of the Appeal against the sentence of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Cagliari. The latter declared a non-suit judgment against the Company and of all the executives investigated because the fact does not exist.

Saras, certain of the correct conduct of its Executives, reiterates its full trust in the Judicial Authorities and trusts that the sentence challenged by the Public Prosecutor's Office, definitive for the Company, will be confirmed in full.
