UNIDATA: FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2023

Rome, 30 January 2023 – Unidata S.p.A. (EGM: UD), active in the field of Telecommunications, Cloud and IoT services, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market of Borsa Italiana, in compliance with the disclosure obligations pursuant to art. 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Rules for Companies, announces the calendar of corporate events for the financial year 2023, approved on today's date by the Board of Directors.

12 September 2023	Board of Directors for the approval of the interim financial report as of June 30, 2023, voluntarily subjected to a limited audit
13 September 2023	Presentation to the financial community of the Economic and Financial results as of June 30, 2023
14 November 2023	Board of Directors to review and approve Q3 2023 KPIs
