From among its members, Caverion's Board of Directors elected Ari Lehtoranta as Chairman and Anna Hyvönen and Ari Puheloinen as members of the Human Resources Committee. Michael Rosenlew was elected as Chairman and Markus Ehrnrooth and Eva Lindqvist as members of the Audit Committee.
