RECORDATI: UPDATE ON THE EXECUTION OF THE SHARE BUY-BACK PROGRAM

Milan, 21st February 2023 – Within the Recordati's share buy-back program communicated to the market and initiated on 20 th June 2022 , as per authorization granted by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 29 th April 2022, with the object of the servicing of current and future stock option plans in favour of Recordati Group's management or share-based incentive plans that should be approved by the Company in the future, the Company communicates the following purchase transactions ¹ of Recordati shares pursuant to art. 2, paragraph 3, of the EU Delegated Regulation 2016/1052/UE, on the basis of the information provided by UBS Europe SE as intermediary in charge of executing, in full independency, the share buy-back program on behalf of the Company.
