ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING CALLED FOR 27 APRIL 2020

NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE DOCUMENTATION RELATING TO THE MEETING

Bologna, 10 April 2020 - The Board of Directors of Marzocchi Pompe S.p.A. (AIM:MARP), a leading company in the design, production and marketing of high performance gear pumps and motors, has convened the Shareholders' Meeting in ordinary session for April 27, 2020 at 11.00 am at the Company's headquarters in Casalecchio di Reno (BO), Via 63^ Brigata Bolero, 15 (and if necessary for April 28, 2020 at 11.00 am in second call).

Please note that the full version of the notice of call, as well as the extract from the notice of call published today in the daily newspaper "Italia Oggi", are available to the public at the Company's registered office and on the website www.marzocchipompe.com (Investor relations / Shareholders' Meetings Section).

The reports of the Board of Directors with the full text of the proposed resolutions and the additional documentation relating to the Shareholders' Meeting required by current regulations, including the annual financial report, are made available to the public, within the terms of the law, at the Company's registered office, as well as through publication on the institutional website https://www.marzocchipompe.com/it/bilanci-e-relazioni-periodiche-marzocchi-pompe and on the authorised storage mechanism managed by Computershare S.p.A.

Marzocchi Pompe is a leading company in the design, production and marketing of high-performance gear pumps and motors, which are used in various fields: industrial, mobile and automotive. 2019 closed with sales of approximately € 40 million.
