Kauno Energija - Notification on material event

Information on unpaid dividends as it is stated by the law

It has been anticipated by the decision “Regarding allocation of Company's profit (loss) of the year 2014” of General Meeting of Shareholders of AB Kauno energija that has been held on the 28th of April, 2015 to allocate a part of Company's 2014 year profit, i.e. EUR 128 407 (EUR 0.003 per share) for payment of dividends. The Company could not pay dividends as it is described in the Law on Companies of the Republic of Lithuania, because the permissions of banks for payment of dividends must be provided to the Company under the terms of loans agreements signed with these financial institutions. The procedures of payment of dividends related to receipt of appropriate permissions are being regulated at the moment. The Company plans to pay dividends until the 30th of June, 2015.
