Kauno Energija - Notification on material event

Regarding recall and election of new managing bodies of AB Kauno Energija

A Supervisory Board of AB Kauno Energija, elected by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders that has been held on the 29th of May, 2015 recalled Company's Board on the 1st of June, 2015 before the end of its' tenure and elected new members of the Board for four year period: 1. Vytautas Mikaila; 2. Giedrius Bielskus; 3. Algimantas Stasys Anužis; 4. Eugenijus Ušpuras; 5. Ramūnas Gatautis; 6. Nerijus Morda; 7. Justas Jankauskas. As the Board has been recalled by the Supervisory Board, authorities of General Manager of AB Kauno Energija Mr Rimantas Bakas are being held as discontinued since 2 June, 2015.
