Re decision adopted by the Board of AB Klaipėdos Nafta

AB Klaipėdos Nafta (hereinafter, the Company) hereby informs that on 12 June, 2015 the Board of the Company adopted a decision and approved the launch of new type of activity - consulting services on liquefied natural gas (hereinafter - LNG) terminal project implementation issues. The Board of the Company, approving the decision, took into account the fact that the Company has successfully implemented Klaipėda LNG terminal project and has accumulated valuable experience, knowledge and skills that can be successfully used for the development of new LNG terminal projects. An analysis of the LNG terminal projects development market and the requests received from the developers show the demand for consultations on LNG terminal project implementation issues and sustainable perspective of such activity.
