Kauno Energija - Notification on material event

Agreement on acquisition of Sargėnai heat economy has been signed

Pursuing the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of AB Kauno Energija, that has been held on the 30th of March, 2015, the triangular agreement on acquisition of Sargėnai (catchment of Kaunas city) heat economy has been signed on the 1st of September, 2015, according to which AB Kauno Energija assumed obligations to start performance of heat and hot water supplies activity in Sargėnai following the legislation starting from the 1st of October, 2015. The agreement has been signed between UAB Litesko and Kaunas city municipality as well as AB Kauno Energija. AB Kauno Energija acquired equipment and immovable property of Sargėnai heat economy according agreement, which is necessary for heat and hot water supplies activity.
