Panevezio Statybos Trestas - Notification on material event

Decision of the Bank of Lithuania on Results of Investigation Related to Information Disclosure by PST

On 7 September 2015 the Supervision Service of the Bank of Lithuania took the decision to give Panevezio statybos trestas AB a warning about the requirements prescribed by the legal acts on disclosure of the information about material events. Such decision was taken after the results of investigation related to disclosure of the regulated information by Panevezio statybos trestas AB for the period from 1 February 2014 till 30 April 2015 and carried out by the Supervision Service had been reviewed. The investigation identified two cases when the company had not released information about the material events on the company operation in a timely manner and one case when information contained in the release had not been disclosed in sufficient detail. For that reason the Supervision Service of the Bank of Lithuania decided to give Panevezio statybos trestas AB a warning about violation of the requirements prescribed by Article 18 (1) of the Law on Securities and Clause 16 of the Rules of Confidentiality Assurance and Disclosure of Information Not Disclosed in Public.
