Vilnius, 2015-12-07 15:15 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- During the official tender offer to buy up shares in INVL Baltic Real Estate, AB which lasted from 20 November 2015 till 3 December 2015 Invalda INVL, AB acquired 11,608 shares in INVL Baltic Real Estate, AB with par value of EUR 0.29, for the total amount of EUR 4,063 (without brokerage fee). After completion of tender offer Invalda INVL owns 5,509,016 INVL Baltic Real Estate, AB shares, which amount to 12.74 per cent of INVL Baltic Real Estate, AB’s capital and votes.
