Klaipedos Nafta - Notification on material event

SC Klaipėdos Nafta changed the provisions of the Credit Agreement with the Nordic Investment Bank

SC Klaipėdos Nafta (hereinafter, the “Company”) has decreased the amount of the Credit Agreement which was signed on 27 November 2014 with the Nordic Investment Bank (hereinafter, the “NIB”) (hereinafter, the “Loan contract”) from EUR 34 754 402 (thirty four million seven hundred fifty four thousand and four hundred two euros) to EUR 22 000 000 (twenty two million euros) and prolonged the availability period to use the credit until 31 December 2016. The amount was decreased considering the decrease of the investments in the project of the liquefied natural gas terminal comparing with the earlier forecast. Other material provisions and execution of the Loan contract are provided in the Company’s notifications on material event of 11 November 2014 and 27 November 2014.
