Trainers’ House Plc’s new shares registered in the Finnish Trade Register

Espoo, 2015-12-10 07:30 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TRAINERS' HOUSE PLC, STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE, 10 DECEMBER 2015 AT 8:30 Trainers’ House Plc’s new 38,720,358 issued shares have been registered in the Finnish Trade Register on December 8 2015. The new shares were issued as a part of the directed share issue to the restructuring creditors, as detailed in the stock exchange release of 2 November 2015. As a result of the share subscriptions, Trainers’ House Plc has a total of 106,737,062 shares. Each share carries one vote. The trading of the new shares will begin in the Helsinki Stock Exchange (NASDAQ OMX Helsinki) today on December 10 2015.
