Regarding the announcement of interim financial information

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-12-23 07:48 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Amended Securities Act in force since 4 December 2015 foresees that issuers can decide whether to prepare interim financial information (3, 9 and 12 months financial statements) or not. Public joint-stock company INVL Farmland announces that instead of interim financial statements the company will publish preliminary operating results and factsheet. This will lower the administrative burden for the company while at the same time providing investors with the information on more regular basis than it is foreseen in the aforementioned Securities Act. Interim information will not be published since the enforcement of the Amended Securities Act.
