AB “Klaipėdos nafta“ will prepare and reveal its interim information

In light of recent amendments to part 1 of Article 24 of the Law on Securities of the Republic of Lithuania, by which issuers no longer have the obligation to prepare and publish interim financial information of 3, 9 and 12 months, AB “Klaipėdos nafta” (hereinafter – the Company) decided to use the former good practice and reveal the interim 3, 9 and 12 months information of the Company thereby giving investors the opportunity to review information and make decisions in accordance to the latest information about the Company’s activities.
