Pihlajalinna Plc 25 February at 9.55 a.m. (EET) Pihlajalinna continues social and healthcare service production in Mänttä- Vilppula Mänttä-Vilppula city board chose Pihlajalinna as the service provider of city's social and healthcare services on the 9 February 2016. Procurement unit rejected Attendo's offer as it did not meet the tender requirements. Attendo has appealed Mänttä-Vilppula's procurement decision and filed a complaint to the Market Court. Pihlajalinna has a valid servicecontract with Mänttä-Vilppula. Pihlajalinna continues to provide social and healthcare services uninterrupted.
