Apetit updated its Finnish commercial paper programme

Apetit Plc, stock exchange release, 29 February 2016, 5.00 p.m. On 29th February 2016, Apetit Plc signed an agreement for a Finnish commercial paper programme of EUR 100 million. The previous agreement, signed in 2004, was for EUR 50 million. Within the framework of the commercial paper programme the company can issue commercial papers with a maturity of less than one year for use in financing Apetit’s working capital and other short-term finance needs. The banks arranging the commercial paper programme are Danske Bank Plc, Nordea Bank Finland Plc, Pohjola Bank plc and Svenska Handelsbanken AB (publ), Branch Operation in Finland.
