Trainers’ House’s Liquidity Provider (LP) changes due to business transaction

Espoo, 2016-03-01 07:40 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TRAINERS' HOUSE PLC, STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 1 MARCH 2016 AT 8:40 Due to FIM Sijoituspalvelut Oy’s intra group business transaction, Trainers’ House Plc’s liquidity provider –agreement is transferred to S-Pankki Oy. The chance takes effect on March 1st 2016. Trainers’ House Plc has signed a liquidity provider –agreement with S-Pankki Oy with the same terms as in the old agreement with FIM that ended on February 29th 2016. According to the agreement S-Pankki Oy will quote bids and offers for Trainers’ House Plc’s shares. Maximum spread of the bid and offer price is 4 % calculated on the bid price. S-Pankki will quote bids and offers for Trainers’ House Plc's share in the trading system of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki on each trading day for at least 85 percent of the continuous trading period and in the auction procedures applicable to the share. The bids and offers quoted by the liquidity provider must be for an amount of shares corresponding to 4,000 euros.
