Klaipedos Nafta - Notification on material event

Regarding Allocated Liquefied Natural Gas Terminal Capacities

AB Klaipedos Nafta (hereinafter – the Company), as the operator of the liquefied natural gas (hereinafter – LNG) terminal in Klaipėda (hereinafter – the Terminal), informs that on the 29th of September, 2016 additional Terminal LNG regasification capacities for the upcoming Gas Year, which begins on the 1st of October, 2016 and will last until 30th of September, 2017, were allocated to the Terminal User UAB “Lietuvos dujų tiekimas”. After the allocation of additional Terminal LNG regasification capacities, the total Terminal LNG regasification capacities allocated to the Terminal User UAB “Lietuvos dujų tiekimas” are equal to 2.183.016.485 kWh (with reference conditions: natural gas upper heating value - 11.90 kWh/nm3, LNG expansion coefficient- 1:578 (m3 LNG/ nm3 natural gas), combustion/measurement temperature -25/0 °C, pressure – 1,01325 bar), the usage period of which lasts from the 1st of October, 2016 until the 30th of September, 2017. The Company constantly announces and updates the information regarding free capacities of the Terminal, which are available for acquisition during the Gas Year.
