Bittium Corporation changes its financial reporting practice and announces its financial calendar for the year 2017

Bittium Corporation will change its financial reporting practice as of January 1, 2017. The company will publish half year and annual financial reports and will no longer publish interim reports for the first three and nine months of the year. Bittium Corporation will publish its market outlook and financial outlook concerning the reporting period in its half year financial report and financial statement bulletin.

Bittium Corporation will release the following financial reports in 2017:

• Financial Statement Bulletin 2016: on February 20, 2017, at 8 am (CET+1)
• Half Year Financial Report January June 2017: on August 9, 2017, at 8 am (CEST+1)

Bittium Corporation observes a three week silent period prior to announcing its financial reports. In 2017 the silent periods are as follows:

• January 30 February 20, 2017
• July 19 August 9, 2017

Bittium will release its annual report 2016 on March 21, 2017. The Annual General Meeting will be held on April 12, 2017 at 1 pm (CET+1) in Oulu, Finland.
