Solteq’s Financial Reporting and General Meeting in 2017

Solteq Plc Stock Exchange Bulletin 20.12.2016 at 2.10 pm Solteq Plc will publish the Financial Statement and Annual Report 2016 on Friday, February 17th, 2017. The company will disclose its interim reports for 2017 as follows: Interim Report 1-3/2017 on April 20th, 2017 Half-Year Financial Report 1-6/2017 on July 14th, 2017 Interim Report 1-9/2017 on October 26th, 2017 Annual financial report and interim reports will be published at 8.00 a.m. Finnish time. The silent period begins 30 days before the annual or interim report is published, and is valid until the annual or interim report is published. The annual general meeting is planned to be held in Vantaa, March 17th, 2017 at 13.00 Finnish time. The media and investor briefing for the announcement of annual and interim reports will be broadcasted on Periscope on channel @SolteqTweets at 13.00 Finnish time at the day the report is published. The online-briefing will also be broadcasted at the same time at Solteq Facebook as live-video.
