Trading in INVL Baltic Real Estate will be suspended on 22 of December 2016

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2016-12-21 07:58 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Considering that there is a possibility that the Central Bank of the Republic of Lithuania will grant INVL Baltic Real Estate a license of closed-ended type investment company and the Central Bank of the Republic of Lithuania has not yet approved updated prospectus of the INVL Baltic Real Estate, in order to ensure effective protection of INVL Baltic Real Estate stockholders INVL Baltic Real Estate provided a request to suspend trading in shares of INVL Baltic Real Estate in NASDAQ Vilnius Stock Exchange from 22 of December 2016 until the prospectus will be approved by the Central Bank of the Republic of Lithuania.
