Caverion signed a EUR 60 million long-term term loan agreement

Caverion signed a EUR 60 million long-term term loan agreement

Caverion Corporation has signed a new EUR60 million unsecured long-term bullet term loan agreement with its core banks. The loan will be used for general corporate purposes and it will balance the debt maturity structure and support the liquidity management in the Group. The loan will be raised during December 2016 and it will mature as a bullet loan in February 2021. The partieshave furthermore confirmed the EBITDAcalculation principles related to the Group's financial covenant (Net Debt/EBITDA).
